Make sure to visit CLAG Brewing Company to purchase the official Witches' Walk Beer! It is a blood orange Hefeweizen called...Hexavixen!
Take advantage of our magical 20 passenger shuttle with hop-on/hop-off service to 7 different shuttle stops around our downtown area. We want to make sure you're able to see it all!

Participate in the Costume Contest, if you think you have what it takes to join The Supreme Witch's Coven! Show off you witchy finest directly following The Opening Spell, where 10 finalists will be selected and have 30 seconds to record a video convincing people to vote for you. These will be placed on our Sandusky Witches' Walk Facebook page for virtual voting! The witch with the most votes by midnight on October 30th will win The Golden Broom...Making them part of the Supreme Witches' Coven for life!

Meet us back at the cauldron at 10:00 pm where
some seriously powerful magic will have transformed 1 lucky witch into a $2500 cash prize winner!

participants 18 and older.

The Main Event
Saturday, October 19th, 2024 - Year 13!
Who will have the magical skill to turn their ticket into a cash prize?
Purchase Tickets: Online here or soon at Shores & Islands Ohio locations. Pick up at will-call located in the pavilion at The Jackson St. Pier from 3pm-6pm the night of the event!
Ticket Casting: Fill out your entry slip and cast it into the cauldron with our ticket witches at will-call.
Entertainment Hot Spots: Frolic through entertainment and specials at various locations. See a list of participating cauldron stop businesses here!
While the Potion Brews...
Gather your witches at 5:00 pm for:
-The Walk - line-up will be on Shoreline Drive behind the fount
-The Dance (See dance tutorial here)
-The Opening Spell (Main Event Timeline below)
-Enjoy music all evening by Rock & Roll Express at the main cauldron (Schade-Mylander Plaza) and be amazed by The Amazing Giants.
Costume Contest
Eligibility: Only Supreme Ticket holders can participate.
Process: After The Opening Spell, head to the designated location for judging by OddFellow Photography. Top 10 finalists will be on our Facebook page for virtual voting until October 30th. The witch with the most votes wins a share of the 50/50 cauldron and The Golden Broom, joining the Supreme Witches' Coven for life!
Main Event Timeline
The Walk: Line up location to come at 5:00 pm. Walk starts at 5:30 pm, to Schade-Mylander Plaza.
The Dance: Official dancers lead the parade; others line up at the back. Leave a broom's width for dancing. Follow the Supreme Witch to surround the cauldron.
The Spell: At the cauldron, we'll cast The Opening Spell. Listen for "All this from these words dispense," then shout, "And let the witching now commence!" and cackle away!
Costume Contest Continued
After The Opening Spell: Head to The Jackson Street Pier stage area for judging. Top 10 witches go on Facebook for virtual voting. Winner announced on Halloween!
